Modified on Wed, 28 Jan at 4:29 PM

In ProStudio version 5 and beyond, you can now save exposure to the views in the photo presets, this is set when you edit a photo preset in settings, here is how exposure now works in version 5:

Elevate & Live

Photo

  • You can now save exposure values per view; you set this in the photo preset editor.
    • Only Free mode exposure can be saved to the views.
  • View Mode - The slider now acts as a compensation slider for the exposure saved in the views:
    • If your saved exposure values need to be adjusted in a session, use the slider to adjust. (This is not saved to the View)
    • If set to 0 no adjustment is made to your saved exposure.
  • Free Mode – Here you can set the exposure used for photo, this exposure is used for all photos and doesn't adjust the saved values in the view. It is also carried over to the next session.

Video

  • View Mode - The slider acts as a compensation slider for our default video exposure, if set to 0 the system defaults are used, if not set to 0 the compensation is applied to system default.
  • Free Mode - Here you can set the exposure used for video, this exposure is used for all frames and is carried over to the next session.
